On the 21 December i purchased a Huawei tablet 10 at Edgars polokwane and i was told if it is faulty within 7 days then i can return it for a new one. When i got home the tablet could not download anything and the photos were blurred. The next day i returned it and it was a different story all together. I was told to wait for a feedback from vodacom and that they will call me within a week. I went to the store complained even spoke to their manager (Kwena) but unfortunately she even made the matter worse because all i got from her was excuses that they will call me back as soon as they get a feedback from vodacare. I called them again today as i always do and again i was told that the tablet came back and vodacare said it does not belong to them. I called Edgars/Edcon head office today (14.01.2014) and they said i must call insurance and again i called the insurance they said they only deal with damage or cellphones. I am tired of calling and going to this store talking same thing over and over again. I am so frustrated, i want refund with no stories and i will never ever buy a cellphone from this store ever again. Please assist. Thank you in advance.
