ON 27 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM HEAD OFFICE TO CONFIRM PURCHASE - TOLD THEM WAS NOT DONE BY ME. WENT TO THE BRANCH WHERE IT HAPPENDED - EDGARS ALBERTON CITY - SPOKE TO MANAGER ESTHER - SHE TOOK ALL MY INFO AND ALSO GOT THE RECEIPT FROM THE TELLER THAT HELPED THE CUSTOMER - TELLER COULD RECALL THE PURCHASE AND SHE SAID IT WAS NOT DONE BY ME. ESTHER GAVE MY FILE TO AIYANDA TO SORT OUT - I WENT TO THE STORE TODAY TO FOLLOW UP - TO MY DISGRACE I FOUND THAT AIYANDA DID NOTHING TO MY FILE. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANYONE STATING THERE IS FORMS TO BE COMPLETED OR ANYTHING. I REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS OUTSTANDING AMOUNT AS FROM TODAY AND IF AIYANDA CAN NOT FIND MY FILE HE WILL JUST HAVE TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY.
