I posted an order on-line 22/11/2013, which I received at 18h00 today - there had just been a major hailstorm, but the driver was all smiles! We also live in quite a rural area - on the mines of the Far West Rand, so was well pleased to get my order within 4 working days. But the cherry on the cake was, on opening my parcel, was HAND WRITTEN CARD! WOW! That is really going the extra mile. There was even wrapping paper included! I have shopped with Yuppiechef before, and you BETCHA, I will do so again, with bells on! Thanks for awesome service!
PS: I do not know who your courier is, but the order number was YC289730. - that guy really also needs a good pat on the shoulder!
