Good Morning
I bought a refrigerator on the 31/10/2013, Westgate Mall: Salesman No. - 6233.Defy 266 Litres, R2 999.99 cash, even today 13/11/2013. I have not received any call or a fridge from this store. I call the store every day and all I get is just the staff giving me a run around, diverting my calls to wrong numbers, I am forever put on hold.
This is not the kind of a service any customer should be given. The Info Desk put my call aside and said please hold and there were ladies talking, chatting, laughing having tea whilst I was on hold after 15minutes came a guy who couldn't even understand English who just left without saying a word after so many okay's, ok, ok, then he gave the phone to a white guy who is also not giving me straight answers.
I am disappointed at Game's service to customers
I AM STILL WITHOUT A FRIDGE, ITS MID-MONTH AND I HAVE PAID CASH... WOW
