I returned my Gobii E-reader to [URL Removed]
The courier company collected it from my home and since February i have spoken to several consultants and still have not received a new e-reader or a refund as promised.
Every week when i call them, i speak to a different person and they say they will come back to me but never do. The one consultant said they will send me a new product when the stock arrives, they have had stock now for a month and still i have not received anything. The last consultant said she will refund me and that didn't happen either.
What is going on?
