Poor customer service

I ordered boards and was promised delivery on Friday. I took time off from work to allow them to deliver in the afternoon but no one arrives and the store doesnt bother to inform me. I call the manager who apologises profusely and promises that it will be delivered in the morning on Saturday - more like Saturday lunch time..
