I ordered melamine boards on the Wednesday 7th August. The sales man confirmed with the manager that delivery will take place on Friday 9th August. Friday I was told that they cancelled the order from their supplier as they have these boards at another branch and they will receive it on Friday. Saturday I was told that they did not have a driver to go to another branch but that it will take place on Monday the 12th August. When I went to the back to pick up some of my other orders- I found 2 drivers sleeping in a truck at the back. I then took pictures and showed them to the manager. On Monday I was told that the boards were fetched from their other branch and they were scratched so they cannot sell it to me. I was then told that they will use their supplier again and since the driver was out to pick up boards, the new boards will be in Strubensvalley later Monday afternoon and will be delivered to me on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning when I called they said they were busy cutting the boards and it will be ready later. I then took my own truck and when I got there the boards were not ready yet. They promised to bring it today at 11am and I am still waiting. I have paid already.
