I purchased building material on Saturday October 12, 2013. I asked if it was possible for them to deliver some of the material on days that suited me because I'm at work most of the time. They agreed and said I should call whenever I need the material and they would deliver it the following day upon my request. THIS HOWEVER HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE! Whenever I call, they say they'll deliver the next day but I always have to wait and keep calling them, I have to argue with them to get my delivery which then only comes three days after I've asked for it!
I've had problems with the store since I purchased the equipment. The delivery guys also have a bad attitude and the manager makes promises she can't keep. When I made the purchase, I asked them to make the delivery the following Saturday but instead they did not take down my instruction and kept going to my house everyday only to find no one home because I go to work. It has almost been a month since I made a purchase and I still don't have all the material! I always have to keep my builders waiting because of deliveries that weren't made!
The store lacks good customer because of ignorant employees and I regret working with them.
