Hi, Cori Craft phone me on 25/3 to inform they will deliver my couches on Sat 30/3. On Wed 27/3 they informed me that this will no be 30/3 but only in the week of 8/4. On 10/4 I was told they will deliver afternoon on Fri 12/4. I said I am not available can they please deliver on Saturday morning before 12h30. He said he would get back to me, but my request will be noted. On Friday afternoon at 4 I received an sms stating that delivery will take place between 1-4pm. Again I phone an said I am not at home can it please be in the morning. My request was again noted and I was promised to be informed Saturday morning if it is possible. On Saturday I phone the branch who informed me that they spoke to the delivery company and that they will try to deliver before 12h30. The truck arrived at 16h30 and I could not take delivery was I was not at home. This morning I phoned the branch only to be informed that delivery can only take place on Friday 19/4 and no specific time can be give, This is totally unacceptable that I know have to wait another week, but no time can be confirmed when delivery will be done. Do I have to sit and wait the whole day???
