I purchased a fridge on Wednesday 10 April 2013. The salesman promised me that the fridge would be delivered Saturday as they can only make the delivery on the Saturday. I asked if they could make it for the morning and I told that they cannot guarantee that because the delivery guy needs to phone me and then negotiate a time with me.
Saturday morning I waited and waited and not even a phone call. I drove back to the store and was told that it was not my fault, it was logged as a collection and not a delivery??? They told me they would deliver it today but no apology or even an offer to refund the delivery charge as compensation as I paid the item and the delivery upfront. Extremely bad service.
