POOR SERVICE FROM START TO LACK OF FINISH

Investigated skip rental for garden refuse clean out on Saturday 02 February.
Chose BIN IT as they had the largest skip and were situated closest to my needs.
Tried to Contact Warren several times to book. Left messages on his cellphone. no response.
Eventually managed to get hold of Cindy, and booked the skip for Friday or Saturday delivery.
Phoned on Friday morning to ascertain delivery. no response from Warren. Warren eventually phoned me at 15:30 to inform me that they would not be able to deliver the bin on Friday, but assured me it would be delivered early Saturday Morning.
I phoned Warren on Saturday morning at 8:08am to inquire when delivery would take place. No response. Received an SMS at 09:55am from Warren to inform me that he was sick and would not deliver the skip. Replied and asked if there was any chance of delivery at all. No response.
I then had to rent a trailer and make 7 trips from Eversdal to the Joostenbergvlakte dump, wasting my time and diesel.
Absolutely shocking service from Warren.
