Yesterday the 5th Sept 2013 my friend and I were at Kolonade shopping centre in Pretoria & decided to buy few stuff at Edgars. When we were about to pay the queue was becaming long ang long due to them having onlly 2 cashiers and the first guy with locks was taking forever assistng a client, not sure if it was the client or him but it was becoming so frustrating. Then I saw a well manered woman taking few customers to assist them somewhere. Then she came back and helped in the till and send Busi to open the other till. Then, as I paid the transaction went through but the system got jammed. I stood theere for almost 30 minutes if not more. I was told the money hadn't didacted from the account and I went to the atm to withdraw but after seing the balance it was clear that the money had gone through. Went back to Edgards and Mam Doreen made some calls and after that gave us manual receipt and took all my details. She apologised for that inconvenience and after being frustrted for almost an hour her attitude of taking responsability of their errors just made my day & I left the shop smiling. Thanks mam, you make a differnce in customer service. Keep it up and teach the young managers.
