I complained before about Takealot so think it only fair to write about the great service I received this time around. Also, to be fair, my previous complaint was handled with the utmost professionalism and speed hence my continued support for them.
So ordered a new motherbaord for my home PC on Wednesday. Used the COD option for the first time as well. Left instructions for couriers. EVERYTHING went smoothly and my instructions were followed. Delivery was also MUCH faster than promised which is always a nice touch. Well done Takealot.
Your prices are ever so slightly more than some competing online retailers, but your service and dedication to customer care makes up for that. Keep it up!
