Goods were promised within 8 weeks. After 8 weeks they promised 3 times to deliver - I arranged specially for people to be at my home on these days, however nobody pitched. After long and numerous phone calls they eventually delivered one week later (after their driver told me over the phone that the time we agreed doesn't suit him so I will have to arrange delivery for another day...), however most of the drawers' fronts were broken off and there were damaged to the dressing table. After MANY promises from the store and head office they eventually send another dressing table (after a week) but till today (3 weeks later) nothing's been done regarding the drawers. We now got someone else to fix them.
We also send the mirror back as it is too big - it doesn't suit the size of the dressing table? They fetched the mirror two weeks ago, I send a claim form and today I phoned to hear when the money will be paid back to me, just to find out that they haven't even started processing the payback. So I will be lucky to get the money in another week's time.
This has been the most frustrating time I had with any supplier in South Africa
