Equest not adhered to

On 17/05/13 at 10:03am, I sent an e-mail to Woolworths financial services to redirect all e - mails to my personal e - mail address. On 18/06/13, I sent the same e-mail to them and requested that they confirm in writing. This is because they are sending the statements to my work e-mail, which is an open e-mail and can be read by other people. Today, 19/09/13, they again sent me the statement on the work address which I forwarded to my personal work address. I also scanned in the 2 e-mails to show them that I requested that the statements be sent to my personal e-mail address.
