I would like to share my horrifying experience with Pick 'n pay steel dale last night, we went there at about 5:30 last night to get 2 things, when getting to the till points we found that all the tills beside 2 were closed, the queues where up the isles long, I then decided to go and pay by the smokes counter, which I was then turned away as the lady there said that it is 5:30 and she refuses to help us as she will not work overtime. I think it is disgusting that if a shop closes at 6 and there is still so many customers in the shop that they close so many till points, with me being so angry I requested a head office number, asking at least 5 people I was told they don't know what it is. Are customers no longer important and is it more important for them to be rude to us? Where is the days where you get service with a smile?
