At 10h10 there where only 4 cashiers at the till points apart from the cigarette counter and queues were down the isles. I spoke to the manager and was told that they are going to open some more tills. Enough tills should be opened early in the morning on month end weekend. There was no tomatoes available. About 3 packets of mushrooms were on the shelves. Products that was advertised in our ad from 23.09.13 until 6.10.13 were not available.
Chemico value pack R49.90 was not available. Air Sents Super Value Twin Pack R42.99 was not available available. Knorrox Stock Cubes 36's only Chilli Beef and Beef available. This happens every single time that an ad come out. I can understand if they limit stock to customers but do not advertise products and then tell customers sorry we did not receive the stock. If stock is sold out then a notice should be placed on the shelf sorry sold out. I have lived in Worcester for a year and this store has gone from bad to worse. I very seldom shop there but today I had shopping on that side of the Mall and did not feel like going to the other end of the Mall to Checkers.
