Unacceptable Ques

Saturday the 13 April at 10 am we decided to shop at Oxford, when we arrived it was very busy and got steadly worse.By the time we reached the counters there were enormous ques so much so that you could not even get down the meat isles. I asked for a manager as more than half the tills were not being used. The managers attitude was one of intolerance and his answer was that he had two shifts of till operators and they can't work any longer and thats it. I pointed out that the ques were so long that you could not even shop in the isles and that it made no sense that he let the isles get to this. He again just said this is how it is and walked away. I have only been to this shop once before and was impressed with the quality and cleaniliness of the shop however I shall not be returning and Pick N Pay it shall be!!!
