Not only did they email me to let me know my order would be late, when it arrived it was very neatly and beautifully packed in a box with tissue paper, a hand written post card to welcome me to the family and the darn cutest fridge magnet as a present. This being my first buy from Yuppy chef, it will definately not be my last!
