Hi there, I wish to advise you regarding my experience relating to the Clicks branch in Rivonia (Mutual Village). The Rivonia Clicks store is in the process of moving location and therefore was closed last week however I needed to fill my prescription so I contacted head office over three days each time getting told someone would get back to me, a week passed with no medication and no one getting back to me. I went to clicks when re-opened and spoke to the store pharmacist who advised that I could collect the script from her directly. On Friday 17 May I visited that store to collect my repeat prescription, I took the time to visit the new branch and was left waiting outside by the security guard for over 20 minutes, I asked repeatedly for her to be advised that I was waiting outside to collect the script as per her request, after not receiving any service from anyone in that branch I left. I then called her to advise that I had been past the branch and was left waiting outside by the security guard. This has taken over 10 days to resolve!! without my medication. i have finally managed to get it sorted out however this is horrific behaviour from the clicks group.
