I have complained for the incorrect deduction of club fees, the deductions were stopped, but to date, i dont have my refund, it really wasnt my responsibility to stop these deductions, i paid up the account, this was supposed to stop immediately after that, but it didnt. i recevied 2 calls telling me that the deductions have been stopped but i wil have no refund but the department responsible has been informed that it wasnt my fault, and there has been no communication after that.
