I am appalled the way I have been treated by a pharmacist - Tazneem
16 Aug script faxed to Clicks
19 Aug went to collect, she told me that it had not been faxed
20 Aug called my doc to refax
20 Aug called Clicks - Tazneem answered and I asked if my script was ready. She abruptly told me it had not been faxed and she would call my doc and find out status. I was told to call back. However she called me back to say it had arrived
I called my doc to ask them to fax through to Wheelers Pharmacy as wanted no further dealings with Clicks
I went to collect my tablets from them but they had been blocked by the Medical Aid saying already collected from Clicks
Janine the pharmacist called Clicks to ask them to reverse the medication and Tazneem answered and was adamant that I had collected them and was AGAIN extremely rude
Janine advised her to have a look under dispensed but not collected meds and she found them
So in 2 incidents Tazneem was clearly not looking in the correct place
I have shopped at Clicks for many years and I will no longer use your Brand let alone your Pharmacy
She is dealing with sick people daily and we certainly do not need to be treated in this way
