I am very upset... I just came from Clicks in Canal Walk, as they are one of the few Clicks pharmacies that keep my chronic medication.
When I collected my script last month they gave me a pack containing only 20 tablets... Owing me 8.
When I got there today the very rude and obnoxious guy behind the counter told me I would have to pay and can only collect my full script in days, as my medical aid refuses to pay. I am now without medication for the next week. I have had one stroke already, so should anything happen to me, Clicks should surely be responsible.
