I'm an existing foschini account holder. I have been using their TFG mobile app from 2012 and purchasing airtime from it, so I've experienced a problem loging in from May 2013, the wiwallet side that is supposed to be the one supporting the mobile app download always has an erro, it says the link is broken and the brothersoft webside only supports the IPhone not blackberry since I'm using the blackberry I can't download the app.
I've even callet the foschini customer service countless times but none of them were able to assit me. I've sent an email to their customer service which refered me to tfg and I still haven't received any assistance.
So what's the point of having a mibile credit if I can't use one
