My HP7500 have been repeatedly in for repair/replacement of printhead. Currently the printer is at Incredible Connection again and I have been told that their service provider, Ensure have not yet collected the machine after 10 days and I have been referred to HP whom is also not very obliging.
As far as I'm concerned everybody is passing the buck the and I am getting nowhere and I want my money back or exghange the printer for a different model
This is probably the 4/5th time that I have taken the printer back to them
