Dear Madam/Sir,
Yesterday for the 3rd time I had and issue with my hamburger at the Woolworth's restaurant at Canal Walk Century City. This is also the second time that the burger was extremely raw.
On a previous occasion I had the burger remade as it was also raw.
I always order medium well. It seems to me that the kitchen staff does not know how to make hamburger patties.
This level of service is not acceptable. On both occasions this has wasted my team and caused inconvenience.
I would expect more from a Woolworth's restaurant...
