I am utterly disappointed in the service that i have been receiving from this store. I took my phone for repairs on the 1st of Feb 2013. my phone was then Declared BER by the insurance Administrator. On the 27th Of Feb 2013 i then Called the store informing that i will be coming in on 28th Feb 2013 to collect a new phone is spoke to Penny Mamphadeni and he informed me that he will be on leave but he will inform someone that i will be coming to the store. I was greeted by a lady named Gosiame Kgosiemang she was of no help as there was no friendliness and she check my details saying the system is giving her problems so no phone for me. So today is the 1st of March 2013 im now a month without a phone everytime i call the edgars store the lady who answers the telephone will put me through to the cellphone Department only to have it dropped after a minute, i have been calling the store since 10am and i dont get any help
