Very Poor Service

In November last year my daughter bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 from Makro. Part of the reason she chose this particular phone was because she knew she would be travelling overseas in April this year and needed a phone with internet and a good camera and all the other features the Galaxy S3 offers. In Feb this year the phone just suddenly stopped working so on the 25th Feb she took it in to Makro for repairs and explained to them that she would be leaving the country on the 22 Mar and would need the phone back before then. For the past two weeks we have both been regularly phoning Makro to find out what is happening with the phone. I have left three messages for the manager of the repairs department to get back to me but she has not bothered (good one Elize!) The only information I have been able to get from them is that the phone was sent for repairs but could not be repaired by the first place they sent it to, so they had sent it to another. They have been unable to contact the second repair place to find out what is happening but have sent an email! I cannot even imagine who would find this kind of service acceptable! No phone and paying for a contract that can't be used!!!
