I bought a Cyclo vac 1 month and 2 weeks ago from Makro Alberton after I was told by the Verimark sales agent I should not buy a samsung again, even though my samsung still works after 6 years, because Verimark's Cyclo Vac is much better. So I bought it and it lasted a whole month. How pathetic. I took it into Makro for repairs and was diligently told by Makro and Verimark sales Agent that I would have it back within 1 week. I phoned 1 week later just to get horrified news. I was apparently misinformed about the turn around time and that it would take 6 weeks to repair the vac. After many phone calls and fights with Makro and Verimark I was apologized too and promised that I would have It by no later than Tuesday the 15th of October. It is now Wednesday the 16th and guess what, still NO vac, not even a call to let me know what is happening. Yesterday when I called I was told that the vac is being repaired and should reach Makro yesterday but they will let me know. Still waiting, worst of it all, I will now have a unreliable secondhand Vac that I paid the new price for. For R600 I could have bought myself a much better secondhand Vac like a Samsung, that actually works.
