I wish to offer my sincere apologies to your branch at Killarney mall as well as your head office. Had a severe headache on Thursday and wanted a small pack of pain killers, Asked your sales person if she had disprin, (didn't get up from her chair to even greet me) NO WE DONT HAVE ok what do you have, "GRANDPA" she lazily says, but whats that I ask, oh compral she says, may I have a pack, she points for me to go behind YOUR counter to fetch it, NOW pick and pay isn't it store policy that customers arnt not ALLOWED behind the counters, (ps correct me if I am wrong) She finally get off her FAT LAZY and fetches the compral, so I just wish to apologise for disturbing your staff, clearly sitting and doing nothing and getting customers to do THERE job is more important, PROMISE I WONT DISTURB YOUR STAFF AND NEITHER WILL MY MONEY
USELESS ARROANT AND LAZY, THATS WHAT YOU HAVE WORKING FOR YOU!!!
