No Response from Samsung Customer Service

On the 25th Feb 2013 my daughter took her Samsung GalaxyS3 to Makro PE for repairs after it inexplicably stopped working. She explained to them that she would be leaving the country on the 22 March and would need the phone back before then. Makro have been particulalry unhelpful and are still not sure if the phone can be repaired or not. My daughter will now be leaving without her phone. In desparation I contacted Samsung on their Facebook Page and was told someone from Customer Service would contact me to see if they could help. I gave them the reference number and waited for their call... and waited and waited... and then sent a reminder and waited a bit more. I am not sure that I would buy a Samsung... this one stopped working 4 months after it was purchased. It has been in for repairs for almost a month and Samsung Customer Service are totally not interested in assisting!!! Not good!!!
