I BOUGHT A 5 IN 1 SOFA BED AT THE MAKRO VAAL STORE IN APRIL, THE BED SOMEHOW ON THE ONE SILINDER GOT A HOLE. WE TOOK THE BED BACK TO BE REPAIRED. AFTER 6 WEEKS MAKRO PHONED AND SAID THAT WE CAN COME AND GET A NEW BED BUT WE HAVE TO BRING THE BOX AND THE BAG (WITCH WE DON`T HAVE ANYMORE) I STARTED SPEAKING TO A VERY ARROGANT RUDE GUY FROM HOMEMARK WHO IS APPARENTLY THE KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER FOR THE MAKRO STORES TO GET THE ISSUE OF THE BAG AND BOX SORTED. HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS GOING IN TO THE STORE ON SATURDAY 16 NOVEMBER AND WILL PHONE ME WHEN HES THERE THEN I CAN MEET HIM THERE. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM, I HAD TO PHONE HIM ON THE MONDAY TO FIND OUT HE WAS THERE BUT COULDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE BED AND TOOK IT WITH HIM AND HANDED IT IN AT HIS WAREHOUSE TO BE CHECKED OUT. I PHONED HIM AGAIN ON 28 NOVEMBER TO FIND OUT WHAT THE STATUS IS. HE SAID HE FORGOT TO FOLLOW UP AND WILL GO IN THE NEXT DAY AND WILL PHONE ME WITH THE UPDATE. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. PHONED HIM AGAIN TODAY 3 DECEMBER TO FIND OUT WHATS HAPPENING. HE SAID THAT THE WAREHOUSE ALSO COULDNT FIND FAULT ONLY SMALL HOLES ALL OVER BED WITCH THEY NOW PATCHED UP AND THE BED WAS COURIERD BACK TO THE MAKRO STORE. THIS IS UNEX
