I purchased a new fridge yesterday and was told that it will be delivered on the same day. I've been calling the call centre and now I'm being told that the delivery slip is lost. How the do I get my goods now. Credit to Patrick from deliveries who keeps calling me back to keep me inform but this is ridiculous. I've paid for the item and I need to pay delivery but no one knows where my slip is. If I don't get a response I want my money back. I had to cancel my plans and I'm still waiting
