I bought a fridge and a dvd player from Game 2 / 3 weeks ago, I followed up constantly as to when delivery shall be, I received an sms on the 30/01/2014 saying and I quote: " Dear customer, you will receive an SMS from our COURIER Confirming the delivery of you order. Thank you for shopping with Game - I did not receive any sms or call.

I HAVE SINCE CALLED THE BRANCH AND SPOKEN TO 2 X MANAGERS ASKING THEM WHERE THEY THINK MY FRIDGE AND DVD IS? THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME???

I ASKED THEM WHO SIGNED THE SLIP?

I WAS ASKED IF I RECEIVED ANY GOODS...

OF WHICH I HAVE RESPONDED NO... BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SIGNED ANY SLIP!! I WAS NOT THERE WHEN DELIVERY WAS DONE SO I DID NOT ACCEPT ANY GOODS...

NOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THESE TWO MANAGERS SINCE THEN TO ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY FEEDBACK AND TO THEN ASK THEM WHAT THEY THINK OF THE WHOLE SITUATION... BECAUSE I SIMPLY WOULD LOVE TO KNOW...

ALL OF A SUDDEN JUSTICE IS NOT IN TODAY, AND CYNTHIA (WHO KNOWS NOTHING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE..., WHICH DOESN'T SHOCK ME ANYWAY!!) IS IN MEETINGS AND WILL RETURN MY CALL???

NOBODY HAS COMEBACK TO ME WITH AN EXPLANATION...(IM GUESSING THEY ARE SCRAMBLING AROU
