We had a delivery note and the slip was on it. When it the dishwasher was delivered they took the delivery note and the slip and it was never given back.
Now the machine is broken and it has a 2 year warranty.
They say they cant help us because we dont have the slip and they only keep the records for 1 year.
I am very unhappy about that because two years is not past and Game dint want to fix the problem.
Hope this problem can be fixed quickly.
