Good day. I bought a washing machine from your store on Saturday and paid R300 for delivery by Curafin, but have yet to receive my item! I want to express my utter disgust with this delivery company. They are rude, unhelpful and very disorganized. I am still waiting to hear from them where my item is and when I will receive it. I was told i should wait at home until after 5pm yesterday for it and ofcourse it never arrived and it was impossible to get them on the telephone. I realize that this is an outside company that handles the deliveries, but I think that Makro needs to take some responsibility for the fact that I paid YOU in full for my item and I trusted that the delivery company YOU hired would deliver it to me and now YOU have my money but my item is MIA!!
