DISGUSTING SERVICE

My son pre-ordered and paid for a game. The game was delayed a few times and then finally cancelled. Unfortunately he lost his slip, but games R us has all my details and a copy of my slip, but they will not refund our money or even give us a credit because we do not have our slip.

What gets to me most is the way in which these guy lie. I was there about 3 weeks ago to ask and complain about their bad service... I asked to speak to the owner, but they said he was in a meeting, and they refused to give me his cell number. They took my details and promised that he would call me back. They said his name was David. I am still waiting for his call.
On Friday 6 Dec, we went in again to find out about the game, and we were informed that it had been cancelled. One of the guys told me that they would have my details and copy of the slip on record, that he would look for it and give me a call to come and collect the credit note... which he did not do. When I went there today he said that he had found the slip, but that someone had moved it, and now they could not give us the credit. Today they was told that the owner was Geoff. These guys are liars and, they fabricate stories!!!
