Bad service

I called in this morning to request my account number as I lost my card to pay the account. I spoken to Jacob who told me to call the store. I advise home that I don't have the store number can he give me the account department number or transfer me to them. He told me that he doesn't work in accounts department & he doesn't know the know I asked to speak to someone else who might assist me he refused to help me. He told me to check the telephone directory. Why they are having customer service if they cannot assist their clients
