I have sent my weed-eater for repair to Lawnmower Clinic on the 7th of January 2014. On the day of booking in the unit I was told that I will have a quotation within 10 working days. I have heard nothing from them, and decided to phone them on the 23rd of January. I spoke to Werner at the service department which said that they will look at the weed-eater right away and that he will phone me back before 2PM that same day.
It is now the 25th Werner; and still no communication from you. I am rather not mentioning that the above same story was told to my father when he phoned you on the 20th.
The incompetence of this company is really not acceptable. And a business with this type of service and lack of feedback should be forsaken.
