We booked our lawn mower in for a service on Wed 8 January. We were not told how long it would take to fix but the person I spoke to said they would call me soon to let me know what the repairs / service would cost. I heard nothing for a week, so I phoned. They said they hadn't even started on the machine and couldn't tell me how long it would take but 'at least two weeks'. I phoned again a week later and they still hadn't even looked at our lawn mower. Three weeks... Same story. Now they say it will take 'at least another two weeks.' Pathetic - slow! - service and response. If a job is going to take up to 5 or 6 weeks (or more?), shouldn't the supply indicate that?
