Weed eater handed in for repairs

We handed our weed eater in two weeks ago on Sunday and were told we would be contacted the following day. This never happened. On Tuesday this week, 8 days later, my husband called to see where the weed eater was. He was told at the supplier and that the lady would call him back right away with information. We are still waiting. Poor service!
