Firstly, I just want to say that I absolutely love edgars, I love their merchandise, purchased a ghd max & a black berry 9810 along with thousands of rands of clothing, shoes, bags & accessories. I'm unhappy as all of the escalators have not been working for almost a year. The cosmetic till has been out of order for more than a month-it is such an inconvenience. There are 3 floors & we are forced to walk up & down flights of escalator stairs. The cashiers are extremely slow-not all tills open during month end. The call centre agents are arrogant-they are unfriendly-nothing worse than a customer feeling like a burden. I work for the leading retailer in SA. We received an award for the best customer service so I know what I'm talking about. I hate to have to complain here but I would like this to be fixed. Lastly, I will conclude by closing my account. The other branches do not have the variety as this store and isn't as convenient. I really liked this branch a lot but the service has drastically changed.
