When trying to pay for my goods, the cashier said my card was blocked because my details needs to be updated. Firstly, why block my card because of my details, but its not blocked for payments! i get to customer service only to hold on for the call centre for 45 minutes before a consultant helps me. the manager, Candice, needed to call one of the consultants on their cellphones to get some service. the other cashier on the till is so busy fixing her scarf that she forgets to help the customers in the queue. the store ran out of bags, and according to the cashier, they had to ask Discom for bags, as that was the bags that they were using! That is pathetic. I was in the store for over an hour trying to sort this out, and the actual updating of details takes only 2 minutes.
The service in this store is always bad. there are never enough cashiers resulting in long queues!
The escalators has not been in working order for over a year!
