@Home till systems malfunction

@Home Cavendish Centre. Wanted to purchase coffee machine. Received @home voucher and 2 x Cavendish Centre vouchers. Their online system rejected Cavendish vouchers (numerous tries). Confirmed with Cavendish centre that vouchers valid (walked 3 flights up to centre management consul). Went downstairs and had cashier check again. he even telephoned the centre to confirm availability of funds on voucher. verified again. Their systems again rejected. Time this all took, 40 mins. Highly embarrassed. Not once did the store manager come out to assist the salesperson. No help at all. Highly unprofessional. All effort left to poor salesperson to contend with. Disgusting management.
