The Edgars store in Adderley Street is a disgrace for the whole Edgars group!
ALL the escalators have been out of order for over a year now. The one lift that's available has also been out of order during this time! Aren't your clients and their safety important to you? It's sad to see how many old people struggle up and down the escalators stairs. This is unacceptable!
It also doesn't matter what time you visit the store there's ALWAYS a shortage of staff. Lunchtimes seems to be the worst. One cashier at the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor and returns!! Really? Don't even try to pay at the cosmetics counter because most of the times the tills aren't working or the cashier is not available?
Why don't you just close this shop because the way you do business is an insult to yourself as well as your clients.
