I was at Edgars Tygervalley during the week. My first complaint is the escalator that since January this year is still not working. 2. This is also the second time I am complaining about the fitting rooms and the condition they are in. It is dirty and unhygienic. 3. In the whole shop of 2 floors there is only one till point that is always open with only 2 cashiers. (one being a trainee). I was there on a Wednesday and stood in the queue for more than 20 min. I don't even want to imagine how long it would have taken on a Saturday, This is sad that a leading fashion retailer struggles to get the simple things right and to keep the customers happy. I know that they are busy upgrading and I understand it is difficult to run a business during this circumstances. But then they can rather close sections off and finish it properly. Unfortunately I am not the only one complaining about this.
