5 days for courier that I paid fo

I got my home stuff replaced by New World June 2013 after I claimed from Miway after a break-in and at my house. it was a move to replace the stuff and was delivered in no time. Little did I know that I will to struggle the minute I experienced problems with the phone.

To cut the long story short, I courier in a phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) for repairs and I had to follow up every time with the New World employee only known to me as Cleo. I am DISGUSTED by her service. I had to call her every day to enquire about the progress on the phone. Upon phone returned from Repairs, she told me to pay R150.00 so that she can courier the phone because I was unable to come and pick up the phone. I live in Free State, Sasolburg to be exact. The last call I made to get feedback she told me that I have to make peace with the fact that the phone will be curried in 4 or 5 days. She told me that there is nothing she can do about.

I am afraid I regret ever doing business with New World. Her attitude towards a customer is sickening. I am of the opinion that if you cannot deliver on your promise, rather do not make the promise. Finish and klaar.
