Terrible Service!!

I purchased a 5 piece Premier Cast Iron set from HomeChoice and paid cash the 26th of June 2013. Today is the 16th of July 2013 and every time I phone them to follow up on my order one of the call centre agents tells me that the courier tried to deliver on the 1st of July but no one was available to accept the parcel? No one tried to contact me to let me know that they will be delivering! We also have 5 receptionists so it is very unlikely that there was no one to accept this! Now my Parcel is missing and no one can tell me where it is and they now have to wait for it to be returned before they can re-despatch?? It has been 15 days for the courier to return the parcel and this has not happened? Why is it that no one is willing to pick up their phone and phone the courier to find out where my order is or to pick up the phone and phone me for that matter? This level of service is unacceptable and I will not support HomeChoice again.
