My TV went for repairs and came back more damaged

I bought a Sony TV at New World in June 2012, TV started showing blurry pictures in December 2012. I took the TV back to New World for repairs in December got it back in January 2013, when it came back the fault was not fixed, over and above that it had a cracked screen. New World blamed the repairers for this whom i called and they denied this. Now in March 2013 i haven't had a TV in 3 months, i have been calling a lady called Cleo at New World constantly being polite to her and I've been taken from pillar to post, nobody knows what is wrong with the TV no one even knows where my TV is. Cleo said the TV is with the repairers while the repairers say the TV has been delivered to New World. All I want is what I paid for, my TV, maybe thats too much to ask from New World. Worst service ever!
