Serta mattress

After having a collapsed matress, I reported it to Dial a bed who referred me back to Serta. I was told by a person at Serta that they do not deal with customers and was referred back to Dial a Bed. Harriet at N1 city was prompt in dealing with my problem and organized another mattress via Serta which unfortunately was not the right comfort. I was then contacted by Marianne from Serta who really went out her way to assist. Thanks a million Marianne
